Anyone else feeling really poorly?

I came down with a sore throat on Friday and felt utterly exhausted. This developed into a snotty nose and cough and general malaise over the weekend. Then yesterday I suddenly felt so much worse… absolute exhaustion, congested, facial pain and a constant headache and earache on the same side as the facial pain. Went to pharmacy who said probably sinusitis and gave me some steroid nasal spray but said it can take two weeks to go away. Still feeling crappy today and the ibuprofen and paracetamol are only just taking the edge off the headache and earache 😭 Anyone else felt like this recently? Don’t know what else to do!

Yes, I had it all last week, feel a lot better now

Both teens are getting over covid. Started with slightly high temp for 24hrs, then really sore throat and congested sinuses.
No coughs this time.

Yup, had covid. Back to work tomorrow and a bit nervous about it as I’ve been so exhausted, I don’t know how I’ll manage.

Yes I'm on week three of this. Still coughing all the time and feel so tired all the time. I tested positive for Covid a few days into this
Illness. My brain is foggy - I am struggling to recall words for things ( couldn't think of the word jacket the other day!)

Oh marvellous, came on Saturday for me and feel shit today -bad cough, congestion , weird spacey feeling, freezing cold and then hot and can’t stop peeing - even better I’m on my autumn 4 day break starting Wednesday to Amsterdam
