Daughter moved into a house in April - since then she has not been able to log into the valiant app. She just gets "Sorry an error has occurred. Please try again later" whenever she attempts to log in. She has called several times and submitted an online complaint but help has not been forthcoming. With winter approaching she's trying again to resolve it
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with the app when moving to a new house with a valiant boiler and if so how did you resolve it?
