Halloween costume using black waistcoat

DD was going to dress up as Peaky Blinders and bought a black waistcoat for this purpose. Due to reasons she now can’t do Peaky Blinders but wants to still use the waistcoat.

what characters fit the brief… ie wear a black waistcoat?!

Anything vaguely Old fashioned/Victorian or steampunk I suppose?
Dodger from Oliver Twist? The Fat Controller from Thomas the Tank?

Wednesday Addams (especially with the new TV show)

Just needs a long-ish black skirt and white shirt to pair it with for either of those!
