I've had a cold but very possibly covid (dunno - haven't tested) fo just over a week. Reason i think it might be covid is the fatigue and aching in addition to normal cold symptoms, and a few rimes when ive thought that ive been feeling better, its hit me again, but who knows? (Have wfh and kept myself away from people just in case)
Anyway, today I'm wfh, and at lunchtime noticed I've developed a bit of a rash around my feet and ankles. Little bright red pin pricks, not raised and not itchy (and not spreading rapidly, I don't think) BUT they're not blanching under a glass.
Apart from the tail end of a cold symptoms, I don't feel too poorly, but am wondering if I need to get some NHS advice or whether I'm being a total hypochondriac?
Is a post covid /cold rash normal? Would you just keep an eye on it if it were you?
Pic uploading of a few spots on ankle. Spots are on both ankles and up to mid calf
