Elle Sera - golden pills, has anyone tried these?

I was reading an article in Daily `mail about Helen Flanagan taking these golden pills and then went to Trust Pilot where they get fantastic reviews, it almost seems to good to be true.

They also do a magnesium pill for sleep.

Has anyone tried these and I would love to hear any stories, good or bad.

Thanks

What makes you want to take this tablet? The celeb endorsement? Or credible research into the benefits. Trustpilot is just the view of people that have taken them, albeit, having just looked, reviews are fairly positive. It’s £50 a month, a fair amount for a pill that may or may not be offering real benefits.

Certainly not the celebs and all the brilliant reviews make me doubt it too as I have looked on Mumsnet and not found anything and if it was as good as they all say I am sure there would have been a thread about it already.

For me it would be good to put a spring in my step, sort out various niggly pains and anxiety but more importantly help with sleep and the occasional UTI.

Try a magnesium spray. Cheaper, helps sleep and it works!

What is a good magnesium spray please? I have tried lots of different magnesium capsules over the years but never a spray.

I am now thinking the Elle Sera golden pills are all being hyped up with all the amazing reviews, lots of women saying they have got all their friends on it etc. yet no one on Mumsnet seems to have tried it?

Expensive wee. Any supplement offering a cure for so many issues is snake oil. Only supplement that is scientifically proven to help is Vitamin D.

There is a thread about it, I think I started it. I found it brilliant but I couldn’t afford to continue, sadly.

are these the same as the 'you're looking well' ones?
