Just that really .Have started taking magnesium after recommendations on another thread

and can't believe the difference it's made .
I can't imagine why it works ,I've never felt that I was constipated .Maybe it increases motility or helps the movement ,no idea .

Applying pressure with a wipe or tissue paper onto your perineum helps too

@PumpkinSeasonOctober just wondering if you might have any thoughts ( personal?professional ? ) on having surgery to correct ?
I really don't fancy it but at 75 I'm wondering if it's going to get worse and become less manageable as I get older .
