Sports massage - what do I wear!?!

As above! Sports massage tonight, what do I wear?! 😂 never had one before so I don’t know what the done thing is.

I usually go in joggers, knickers, sports bra and baggy tee, and have always been told to take everything but my knickers off.

I usually wear what I normally wear. But I have to take my trousers off

They’ll ideally want you in just pants for the massage - bra if you prefer but it makes it harder to massage.

they may well use oils so wear stuff you can wash easily

I wear tight shorts hotpant style running shorts and a crop top style sports bra
