Ocado reviews - what's the point now?

I found quite a few new foods from looking at someone's review of something I liked and then seeing what else they rated.

Now I can't see anything else they rate. What's the point of that? It's anonymous so not a "privacy issue".

The other thing it was good for was checking out false reviews. The new products with glowing reviews and then you checked them and the reviewers were just reviewing one manufacturer. Was so easy to spot.

I've never done my shopping based on someone elses likes, seems a bit odd to me. I mean I might read reviews of a product but if Joe Bloggs really liked that item, I wouldn't then go hunting for what else Joe might like and then buy that as well!

Same with what you are calling fake reviews. You really look to see what else someone has reviewed? It must take you ages to do a shop.

As I have a specific dietary requirement I found it very useful to see what other people with, perhaps the same diet, were finding good. I don't think that's odd.

I think they’re very useful actually. Especially for new products, flavourful vegetarian/vegan options and for the meat eaters the quality of meat.
