my old car is from 2006, diesel. I used it for work and then the new ulez came closer to work/home so I used my husbands car as he commuted via train.
Anyhow it now doesn’t run as I’ve not used it but I don’t how to get rid of it. I’ve tried listing it on eBay for very very cheap, I’ve put a lot of work into keeping it going. Obviously I’m not expecting the money back but am just disappointed it’s not even selling for parts at this rate!
I’m reluctant to scrap it as I know it would still run very well with time and care but at the same time I’m paying unnecessary road tax and insurance.
But then just had a thought and we don’t want any more diesel cars driving around do we, so maybe I should just scrap it.
Any advice on how to get rid of it please. Including companies or links. Tia
