Age 50, perimenopausal - what vitamins should I be taking ?

I need to take something to supplement. But there are so Many out there.

What should I be taking ?

I'm not on HRT. I've very active in terms of exercise

I asked my menopause specialist doctor about this. She said Vitamin D3, magnesium glycinate and Omega 3

Brilliant that you're already active. Are you interested in HRT? Supplements have their place, but they won't do anything about your fluctuating hormone levels

Calcium, vitamin D, magnesium (3 in 1 is good). A good multi vitamin.
