Evening folks. Feeling very tired as I didn’t get much sleep last night plus I’ve been looking after DM. We actually ended up having a really lovely chat & going down memory lane but it’s mentally draining trying to keep up with all her ramblings (she has Parkinson’s related dementia). Worried about DF too as he has some health issues & needs lots of tests. DD16 is visiting her GF & will need collecting from the station later. Nice easy tea of chicken kievs, crinkle cut chips & peas. Will watch Corrie & have an early night.

Sounds like you’ve a lot on your plate, I’m sorry for your troubles. A quiet night sounds best!

My kids are both asleep, nearly 4yo will be dead to the world til 7:30 at least but the 6mo is making a lot of suspicious little grunty noises which is making me think she’ll be awake shortly for another feed! DH is at work, and will be til probably gone 10 or 11, so once I’m sure baby girl is actually properly asleep, I’ll finish watching the godfather (started last night, for the millionth time 😂) and eat far too much chocolate I expect. I’ll be in bed by 10 at the latest 😅

Just finished calming ds9 down as he had a fall out with some friends over some stupid fortnite game (wtf is steal a brain rot? Worse game ever invented). 🙄 He’s now settled down watching a film in bed.
Ds14 is playing GTA5 with his mates.
Im watching downton abbey for the millionth time with a cup of hot chocolate & a cat on my lap.

Just came back from yoga and husband has gone to get fish n chips ! Will watch The Girlfriend which is really good 😊 and have a glass of vino on the go .. peaceful ☺️

Quiet night in for us. Eldest is away at a gig overnight, youngest and I aren’t long awake from lovely naps and I’m just popping out to the shop to grab something easy for dinner. I’ve got frozen baked potatoes so just need some fillings for them and then something else for youngest who doesn’t like potatoes. DH and I were out last night as I had darts and we had a few drinks afterwards too so a nice sober night in tonight.

I've got a glass of pink.
He's cooking fish and chips.
Rest of the evening will involve the Ryder Cup for him and probably MN surfing for me.

Just had a takeway pizza, soon to eat some ice cream then finish off some work. Waiting for 9pm for Taylor Swift’s latest merch release/ announcement 🤣

I have 2 away. One at uni who just called on their way out and one travelling. Third is at a friends house. We have had dinner, DP is working his way through a bottle of red in front of the Ryder cup, I’m on my 2nd G&T scrolling and the dog is snoring next to me, bliss

On the sofa with a blanket and a book and sporadically texting DS(19) who’s away at Uni. DH is watching the TV on silent with subtitles as dd(16) is in the same room practising her singing for an audition tomorrow morning.

It was a merchandise drop of four different signed Showgirl CDs. They sold out within about 3 minutes on the UK site!

Well nice evening DD15 actually chatty for once. So nice to see her smile.
Started the 4th season of The Morning show.
DH squirrelled himself away with the golf.

I'm outside at present for phone reception. A friend really startled me earlier as it was total peace and quiet then the phone rang loudly and I jumped a mile off the sofa (so to speak). Then another one has had far too much to eat and drink but made it home safely. My friends do make me laugh.

I'd like to watch the end of my film but if the reception is crap indoors then I don't fancy sitting out here for an hour
