Anyone Awake?

I did sleep but was woken by DD16, still on the phone to her GF at gone 12.30. They’re seeing each other today! DD is on the spectrum & I believe that sometimes she genuinely doesn’t know she’s talking loudly. However, we have said that she needs to be quiet after 11.
As well as that disturbance, I’m in some discomfort from catarrh (sorry for tmi). I struggle periodically & think I may need to get a nasal spray. Very achey too & feel like I’ve trapped a nerve in my neck/left shoulder.

Thanks. I don’t really use a thermometer anymore(4 DC so pretty good at judging now!). He’s not ‘dangerously’ hot but if he was awake I would be giving him calpol

3rd night awake at 2 am. The first anniversary of my sons death is imminent and I'm having awful intrusive thoughts.
I normally wake at 3am so 2 is a new low.

I’m so sorry. Wishing you strength at this terrible time. Nothing anyone can say can take away what you’re going through but I hope you have a lot of support around you looking after you.
