London tomorrow what to wear

We are having a day in London tomorrow, going to the museum of Natural History then walking to the London Eye, going on that then a wander on the Southbank. What to wear? It's going to be 16 degrees and light cloud according to BBC Weather. I want to look nice but not be lugging a big jacket around if I get too warm 🥵 I also don't want to be freezing cold.

It's been warm in the sunshine in London these last few days but it's a bit nippy in the shade! Tomorrow is forecast to be max 16 and cloudy, so I'd advise you wear a jacket.

Jeans, trainers, shirt and a blazer. Smart backpack you can put an extra cardi in.

How do some people actually get through life?! You know the weather forecast. You know what clothes you own. So decide.

What would you be wearing if doing a day of similar activities in your home city/nearest town with similar weather predicted? Wear that.

I get through life just fine. I was just asking for opinions as I can't decide. Not everything has to be serious.

Haha that's what I can't decide. I think because we have to leave the house early when it's going to be much cooler than it will be in London it's thrown me. It would be much easier if it was hot or actually cold, I always struggle in this in-between weather.
