Bags of frozen rice

I normally buy the bags of supermarket frozen rice which contain 4 individual bags of frozen rice. During the last week I have tried both Tesco and Sainsbury's 3 or 4 times where I would normally buy it and neither has it in stock. The staff don't know of any reason why there isn't any. Does anybody here know if there's a reason I can't get hold of it?

Could it be students back at uni bought it all. 🤣

I saw these and wondered why people would want them instead of the microwave rice you can get in the rice aisle.

Maybe they became less popular for this reason so they don’t stock them anymore 🤷‍♀️

Well we are all different, I wonder why people use the microwave rice which costs many, many, many times more than it does to boil a handful for just 10 mins!
