Does anyone use these and find they help? I've got the trial pack and quite like the drink, im wondering how long it takes to feel the effects. Or is it all a load of bollocks?

Are you magnesium deficient? If not then supplements won't do anything.
Try looking at your diet first.
I am not saying no-one should take supplements but we are being sold a lot of expensive pills and drinks that we really don't need at the moment.

I've no idea! "Apparently" a large percentage people are. Just looking to see if anyone has experience of these supplements.

My understanding is that most people's diets are short on magnesium and there isn't a good test for deficiency beyond the sort of acute and catastrophic problems that would land someone in hospital. Supplements help me with certain symptoms I have (connected to a chronic illness). But I haven't heard of the product you mention.

Apparently you shouldn't take more than the RDA.

You need 3-400 mg
1 portions leafy greens is about 40% RDA
I portion wholegrain is 20%
30g pumpkin seeds is 40%
I portion beans is 30%
1 portion nuts is 20%

Magnesium deficiency affects 2.5-15% of thr population.
Primarily those in ICU and with alcohol use disorder or people eating an extremely over processed diet.
