Passport. Where do I put my maiden name?

There was a thread some time ago about how you can put previous names somewhere on your passport. I need to renew mine, so where do I put it? Thanks

Do you still use your maiden name?

I use mine professionally and it is noted in the Observations section (page above photo page) ‘The holder is also known as …’

I can’t remember what I did to get it there
