do you really despise.
for me it’s peeling potatoes, no idea why just always hated it, usually my mum does it but I forgot to remind her before she went to work and had to do it myself. Just irritates the hell outta me 🤪

not a fan of bringing in washin off the line or u loading the dishwasher 🫠

I quite enjoy ironing, putting clothes away, emptying & filling dishwasher, cleaning bathrooms, cooking, hoovering, dusting, laundry & cleaning kitchens. I get a sense of satisfaction from doing them. With every pore in my body I hate pulling WEEDS. Not the ones in the soil by the bastard WEEDS between slabs and lock block. Absolute bastards!!!!

Washing and drying my hair.

It's not even that long, I just hate the faff of it all in the mornings.

Making pack ups. I taught the dc to do it from a very young age because I hate doing them so much.

Peeling any veg. I prefer to eat with the skin on rather than peeling them 🙈

Changing bedding on high beds

This is one of the reasons I now have a pixie cut😂

For me it's emptying the bin. Especially when it should have been emptied way before. I'm looking at you DH 😡

Peeling shallots

Cleaning the house. All of it. I loathe it.

I don't mind admin, cooking, loading and unloading the dishwasher, pegging out washing or sorting it, putting the groceries away, or pet care

But needing to brush, mop, hoover, dust etc just fills me with despair.

Most of these jobs my dh does and enjoys. He loves cleaning especially the bathroom and emptying the dishwasher ...so I let him. I though love ironing.

Bloody hell that must make life hard!

I love sorting a cupboard! So does my teenager.😆

I decreed myself the filler of things in the house. Gave everyone else the task of emptying things. I’ve stuck to my part of the bargain, they have not.

What can I say, I live in a tip.

I like cooking, I enjoy cooking for other people - but the day to day grind of feeding me and DH every day for ever more...ugh.

Changing the bed. I hate putting the fitted sheet on and forget about the duvet cover! Used to be my late DH’s job. I even bought a coverless duvet for summer (I just cover it with a snuggly soft cover for winter). I put it off as long as I can.

Putting shopping away.
Cleaning windows.
Cleaning bathrooms.

Another one for putting the washing away. Don't mind doing it, drying it, folding it... then it sits in the basket for days and days making me feel guilty! Or I have to start digging through it for school uniform. That usually pressures me into putting it away.

I put six full loads away on Sunday, as I end up doing most weekends. Tedious and irritating, every time. Does it make me change my ways? Nope!

Anything food related - buying it, preparing it, cooking it and clearing up the subsequent mess. I really resent the time it takes and the fact that it has to be done every bloody day.

I love doing so many of these tasks, yes I’m a weirdo.

But I DREAD changing the bedding on my son’s high bed.
