Shit people you have worked with

There've been a lot for me. Fortunately, less crap ones than nice, but still...

One that springs to mind was a git that was supposedly supporting in my classroom and then reported me, when I told off a boy who was picking on a refugee girl in the class. Had to go and see the head teacher about that. All because the git was aiming to make a name for himself in the school. He was gone within a year.

Another was my head of department who took offence because I was given an A Level class instead of her. I had no choice in my timetable. But she took offense at it and tried to turn the whole department against me.

Finally (I could go on much longer but won't) was a colleague that I thought was a friend. But her way of promoting herself was by putting others down, back stabbing and being underhand about everyone in the department, including me. She was unable to praise another colleague who had an awful year at work but who still triumphed with excellent GCSE results.

Who were YOUR shit colleagues?

Several lazy people, sadly, who have all displayed similar to the below scenario at times. Clearly all designed to get someone else to do the effort.
In a hospital. Supposed to be ringing, say, ultrasound dept to hurry up someone's scan. 4.30m, have we got a time for that scan, colleague? No. Why not? Didn't ring. Why not? Didn't know how to.
How about exactly the same way you did for the last 2 months. Pick up the handset and say ultrasound into automated thing. Failing that, press 1 and ask operator. Failing that, look at your piece of paper we all carry everywhere and read the extension off it. Failing that, look up the extension on the phone directory. Failing that, get off backside and walk to ultrasound to ask. Literally so many ways to do something. Just total lack of personal responsibility for own work and wanting someone else to do it. And I had to, because otherwise the poor patient was waiting yet another day!

A gang of 3 who sat together over lunch and concocted a whole host of lies about me so that I would lose a recent promotion.
They done more than that, I was suspended from work for 17 weeks, developed insomnia, ptsd and lost my passion for work.
All because they were bored cows who couldn't bare to see someone do well.

A teacher who would bully the kids - or one or two depending on the class - I don’t know how she kept her job. Tried it on me and I left!

All her TAs ended in tears or left - I left after being expected to spend another year in her class.

Previous manager - all nicely nicely and then bitched about everyone - horrid woman
