Can anyone help the type of paint needed?

Need to touch up this panel.. does anyone know what would work best? I thought I might be able to find a trim but haven’t managed.

Assuming you mean the edge of the worktop.
Search for ‘worktop iron on edging tape’ Can get different colours on eBay.
Hard to see what colour you need but try Teak or dark walnut?
