Hi I’m looking at a house that is being sold by beals homes that they took in part ex…..it has been on the market a few months and was reduced to £299,995 a month ago with an incentive of part exchange available. Does anyone have any advice on price negotiations please? Im not looking to part ex and I am in a fortunate position to be able to move swiftly…TIA
