Horror book recommendation for 15 year old

My teen has refused to read since secondary school after being an avid reader all through primary. He is autistic and it can be hard to change his mind.

However, he's recently mentioned he wants to read a horror book- we went into WHSmiths but he got overwhelmed at the choice and left.

I'd love a recommendation for something that will really grip him.

Thank you!

As a teen who read horror at that age the go-to was Stephen King. Salems Lot is a classic.

'Unwind' by Neal Shusterman.

VERY creepy dystopian novel about teenagers, set in the US after the 'Second Civil War'

The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty, and the sequel, Legion, are both amazing. The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Gilman and The Haunting Of Hill House by Shirley Jackson are also great.

What kind of horror is he looking for?
The Enemy series by Charlie Higson if he wants an easy read.

Cell by Stephen King is one of my all time favourites

Thank you, I don't know because he's only just getting into horror after watching the Saw movies!

Thanks for all the recommendations! So many Stephen King books and I worry it'll be too much to start with after years of not reading.

Rats by James Herbert is a proper horror guaranteed to bring nightmares.

Pet cemetery by Stephen King was another I read at that age. Anything by Stephen King really.

The Hunger Games, and all the series.
