9 year old girls - birthday gifts

Would anyone share what 9 year old girls are into at the moment? Just had the first birthday party invite and am not sure what to buy - my daughter has just started at a new school (if it had been the old school I would have asked the mum directly). Not sure where to start. Any suggestions welcome.

My son is 8 and I’ve been doing £10 in card this year. My son mostly got the same for his birthday from his friends. My son mostly wants Lego sets that are £30 -£150 (he’s discovered the large Lego train sets!) or games for our Nintendo switch. I got some Stitch and craft stuff for his best friend as I asked her mum what she wanted and she got my son some Minecraft backpack hangers (as that was the other thing he wanted) but otherwise I stick to money so they can put it together and get something bigger they really want.
