Favourite home workouts/exercise

Hi all, im a single mum to my 8 year old daughter and I have her all the time. I work full time at an office job so I get very little exercise. I have been at the job a year now and was studying before hand and can really feel how my body feels more stiff. I would like to loose weight and feel better in my body (less stiff, more fit!) but find most YouTube videos so booorrrinnggg and find it really hard to motivate myself to do them! Im tired by the evenings and was thinking maybe if I find something I enjoy more it might help me feel more motivated. Can't really do anything thats paid for. Does anyone have any suggestions on workouts / exercise they enjoy? That help with weightloss and fitness. Or how to enjoy/feel motivated to exercise?

Body fit by Amy she’s had loads of stuff and even a monthly calendar if you wanted to follow along! Been doing her for years and she kept me sane during lockdown!!

If you like going for walks and like dogs, perhaps you have a dog rescue place near you? I think they are always looking for people to help out with walking them.
