Does anyone else eat meals that others seem to think are strange? Both me and my adult daughter love mushy peas on toast with mint sauce but I don't know anyone else that would eat that. I also have been eating strawberry sandwiches since I was small, now M&S have cottoned on, although they put cream in theirs. Tell me your strange snacks/breakfasts/lunches.

Barely cooked roughly chopped onion in chopped tinned tomatoes with lots of salt and pepper, in a baked potato or on toast.

Yes!

Batchelor's cheese and broccoli pasta with extra cheese grated in topped over a baked potato. I call it dirty pasta 🤣

A cheddar cheese and strawberry jam sandwich, white bread. These are my comfort foods.

A Mushy pea sandwich with mint sauce is elite food.
Banana sandwiches are good too!
Salmon paste on toast or dripping from the beef joint on toast with a bit of salt.

Slice aubergine, dip in flour and fry...lots of salt. I eat it for dinner when I'm home alone

Peas and mint sauce in a bowl.

One of the flavoured cous cous sachets in a bowl with baked beans mixed in. 😁
