Does anyone work in child services who would be able to help me with an assignment?

I am currently doing an online course and the last question has absolutely stumped me. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I agree it’s a weirdly worked question.
I would go through each point referring to research around adopted children (things like attachment and trauma). Steps to support would include in-depth life story work, perhaps play therapy and family support. To me this is a child who is experiencing emotional and behavioural dysregulayion as a result of early life history and environmental issues that are beyond his control. A nurturing and holistic approach will be needed to support.
