@BIWI think about the 951 of the 962 when you 911 something, you could say it is a [965] 962. Then take the second part of 965.

But I haven’t got 965!

@biwi if you want something to 970 986 you might say it needs to 988 in 951 xxxxTARGET. It's a bit of an archaic suffix...
TARGET is same length as 970
Begins with the sixth letter of 977
Second letter is the same as the third letter of 970

@BIWI clue is a bit clearer as it’s late and a weird list, put away the washing while you’re thinking, I’d suggest playing some cards but you’d give up if you TARGET.
