I’ve seen a Facebook advert for a device which you link to your phone via bluetooth, put inside you, and then squeeze your pelvic floor muscles to activate a sensor and play games on an app on your phone! It’s meant to be a good way to exercise those muscles.
I don’t want to name the actual brand because I don’t want to come across like I’m advertising it. Perhaps there are multiple models of the same idea, I don’t know.
I am tempted to get one of these things, because I have never been able to understand how to exercise my pelvic floor, and I do have a ‘sneezing problem’. The one I saw was over £90 though! I have lost faaar too much money thanks to Facebook cons ads in the past, so I’m looking for honest reviews.
Anyone used anything like this, and was it worth what you paid for it?
