Stupid question- where do you scan your club card?

On a self checkout? Is it the bit that scans the barcode or the card reader??

Mine’s on my Tesco credit card so I do it like I’m doing a contactless payment, but do it twice. Once is for the club card, the second is for the payment

I scan mine on the card reader

So it doesn’t matter?
Ive only just got one, but mine is on an app and looks like a QR code.

I’m old fashioned and use the club card. I scan the barcode.

Scan on a scanner, also make sure brightness is up on your phone xx

I use the qr code to get one of those handheld scanners and then it adds the clubcard automatically at the self scan when I pay.

I scan mine on the card reader. I have a card though.

It works on either. I usually do it on the barcode bit because it's on my phone wallet and I don't want to accidentally pay without tapping my clubcard.
