Is there such a thing as reputable ticket resellers

Was in the queue to try and get tickets for Florence and the Machine for DD but they appear to have all sold out in less than 10 minutes. I’m not an experienced either this stuff .. how can a stadium sell out in this time?! What are my chances of getting tickets on a reselling site? I’m worried about getting scammed. Any advice gratefully received!

The bots have already put the tickets up on viagogo. Assholes.

They basically create a super fast computer programme that creates a massive amount of log ins with super fast payment entry. They can out run the real human fans queuing for tickets and hoover up the tickets. Apparently they started as "Sneaker Bots" trying to buy the most limited edition trainers. The touts have basically upscaled to buying event tickets. I know this as I'm annoyed the coldplay tickets were such a nightmare. Never managed to get one.

Assume you arent going. just set an alert on Twickets (you need to create an account) and wait to see if any come onsale.
Gigs are drip fed for tickets to keep the demand/interest high and various parties eg sponsors will get some. VIP tickets are separate etc. Extra dates may go onsale
