Looking for advice to help with dd she's a cat napper doesn't matter .what we do she'll only sleep between 10-30 mins even contact napping. We've tried every trick in the book.

She nearly sleeps through the night. Come 10pm it's like someone has taken her batteries out and she'll sleep lovely till about 5.30am. So she can link sleep cycles just not during the day. We even do the same thing at bedtime and still cat naps.

Is it something she'll grow out of? She's not my 1st but she sure is teaching me new things.

I have 3, my second two were both like this, the only things I found that worked, were falling asleep to back ground noise that stayed consistent through their sleep e.g washing Machine/ tumble dryer/TV or a dummy (only for day naps - hard to manage though), or the car. Tbf that amount of unbroken sleep in the night is pretty good, I never managed that so 🙌 ⭐️…

It's nothing I've done that makes her sleep at night. All my others didn't sleep at night till they was at least 2. I can't get anything done as she dosent nap and won't be held by her dad
