What time do your year 9 (age 13/14) children go to bed?

Just wondering what the norm is as we enter a new school year!

DD is 13 goes to bed at 9pm gets up at 6:45 Sunday - Thursday.

Mine goes at 10 but he really doesn’t need lots of sleep and is up at 0630

During school time? 9.15 - all devices off - have a shower- faff around - gets some cuddles - a hot water bottle maybe - 10pm in bed - falls asleep around 10.30. I wake him up around 7.15

Today? 10pm off all devices, now playing with one of his siblings - he will probably be in bed around 11pm and aleep around 11.30pm and wake up around 8am.

9.30/10pm bedtime…asleep by 10.30pm (generally)

9:30. Up at 6:45 .

10pm latest, earlier if possible. Up at 7.15am.
