Ah thanks for the reminder OP - it just prompted me to order my mini pocket diary with a pencil in the spine which I get every year from Lett's. I only need a little one now that I'm retired - I replace the pencil with one of their pens. They are usually available in July and they can run out if I'm not quick.

Just a big standard one
