Would you hire a cleaner with no experience?

I put a message out to my local fb looking for a cleaner. Someone messaged me who has just started out so is building a client base. They have a rate of £10 less than the average I’ve been quoted and don’t have insurance. They have been very professional in the messages and have offered to do a trial first. I don’t know if it’s too good to be true a price and whether I should go for someone with experience. But everyone has to start somewhere right? What would you do?

No. And are they charging less than minimum wage.
Anyone replying to adverts looking for a cleaner isn't a cleaner. They might want to be. But a professional cleaner has plenty of clients and will have people approaching them. Not the other way round.

The no insurance would be a no for me. I’d be happy to hire someone for their first professional cleaning job though as surely most people have experience at least in cleaning their own home.
