AI helping parents – useful or just funny?

Hi all,

I’ve been trying free AI tools for everyday parenting stuff — meal plans, homework help, even bedtime story ideas. Sometimes it’s genuinely handy, sometimes it suggests things so random I just laugh.

Has anyone else used AI for parenting or household tasks? Did it save you time, or just give you comic relief?

I think you're out of luck on the laundry front. What comic stories do you have to share yourself then?

Ha, yes! I’ve played around with a few of them too and totally agree — sometimes they nail it, sometimes you get something completely random that makes you laugh out loud. I do think for things like quick meal ideas or simple explanations for homework, it can actually save a bit of stress though. Bedtime stories are my favourite use so far — it’s nice to get something new when my brain is fried at the end of the day. Folding laundry… sadly still waiting for that upgrade 😅
