1. Hang around hoping that things happen (too complicated to explain)
2. Or go on holiday for 3 to 4 weeks. Holiday is Ayurveda in a country I have been visiting since 1998. Cost for both pretty similar.

What is the first option if you can narrow it down? Is it about leaving partner?

No, not about leaving a partner. Just going on holiday, because sod all is happening in other parts of life.
