Just for some context, I'm mid 50's, grey hair, shoulder length that needs a decent cut and style by someone who knows what they're doing. Been going to a local salon for ages but stylist there never manages to hit the spot and I feel almost feels like they know me too well and is wary of doing anything new. They are a great colourist (which I don't need any more) but a less good stylist. Would really love to hear some honest reviews of where people would recommend or avoid in the York area. Thanks!
