Anyone have a receipe for a really simple but gorgeous chocolate cheesecake please?

I am useless at making any kind of desert, so it needs to be simple! I'll be putting them in little ramekins but i have no idea if that makes a difference.

Does it have to be chocolate? I have a lovely, and very easy, recipe for lemon cheesecake (which involves no cooking.)

We make this one but swap the oreos for lotus biscuits and swap dark chocolate for white chocolate , it's amazing.
