Considering becoming pescatarian…anything I need to know?

I don’t eat a huge amount of meat but I’ve recently gone off it a bit. The look of it raw, the texture when it’s cooked.
I often cook veggie meals. I eliminate meat completely, do I need to take any supplements?

If you eat fish, dairy and eggs then no

I’ve become pescatarian by default as I had gallbladder removal and can’t tolerate meat ans have cut out processed meats totally, so I’m exploring way more fish and veggies.

I would say maybe get some thriva bloods run and see where you sit now, I would say to check iron levels, but I wouldn’t take anything without checking first.

I know I have low iron so take that and magnesium and vitamin D daily. But intresting to see what advice you get.

To be sure, take a vitamin B12 supplement but that's it. If done properly, welcome to a healthier more ethical diet that will promote your longevity

Just to play devils advocate, if I’m not meant to eat you, why are you also made out of juicy meat? I don’t think that’s the best argument for eating animals lol.

Plenty of B12 in fish, dairy and eggs. There is no need to supplement just because she's giving up meat.

Fish is full of mercury and dairy promotes inflammation.

Eat plants.

@Plasticwaste
Eek! Are you talking about farmed fish?
Ive just checked…Greek yoghurt doesn’t promote inflammation.
Which dairy products are you referring to?
