quick question for anyone that has joined sky broadband recently

My activation date is in two days and they still haven't sent the router yet, Do they send it the day before activation or do I need to contact them?

no it didn't arrive so i called them to be told my date of activation has been changed to September now, No clue why.

Oh thats a pain! I was watching your post as I ordered sky broadband and tv streaming, was told the broadband would be activated end of august, the tv hub arrived the next day but not the router, which I thought was odd. Then I was told the BB was delayed until end of September. Maybe they have have run out of routers!!
