helping my family member with her pip review and after getting her assesment report back going off the recommended points the assesor ticked she will no longer qualify for pip (i know that could change as they can change it when they make a decision) if she does lose her pip would she also lose the Limited capability for work and work-related activity she gets on UC? (she has been on pip since 2018 and last time around won an appeal, this time according to the report she is likely to score 4 points over all so would no longer qualify)
I'm trying to help her work out her finances and if she does lose both these things she will genuinely not have enough money to cover her bills and food for the month so she is currently so worried she isn't sleeping. she would have just enough to cover her bills and she would have around £60 left for gas and electricity and food for the entire month.
I know she can go to mandatory reconsideration and then appeal if she does lose it but I'm worried how she is going to eat in the time it takes to get to the appeal (last time it took almost 10 months)
