I had pain and extreme discomfort for many years after a period ,eg struggle to stand and initially move or turn over in bed but ok once i got moving.
Then somerimes the symptoms changed and an area the span of my hand felt inflamed burning and tender.
I eventually got to a consultant who booked in and MRI scan and then said have the op but no other details.

The op was supposed to be about two year ago I got lost on the system etc and now the symptoms have felt much better but I want to ask him what exactly did the MRI show...

But I'm not sure what to ask.

Can anyone help me get some questions together ?

You could ask what the MRI showed, whether you need treatment now based on the MRI findings and your current symptoms, do they need to do any further scans to monitor changes, if you dont need treatment now and the scan showed changes then how would you get back in touch with them in the future if you developed worsening symptoms (does your GP re-refer you or will you stay under their care and contact them directly).

@Maryandherlamb thank you !

At the time I said should i have surgery and he said yes if it's hurting but the symptoms are muchess

I'm wondering if endo is a cancer risk ? Should I just get it removed anyway but maybe not.

He didn't tell me what type of endo or where etc.

I would still have it done, if it’s left it’ll just grow and spread
my pain vanished 8 weeks before my op but when they got in there they said the MRI could have been a different person, it took them 8hrs to excise it all and it was all over my bladder and bowel
