How often do you have your dressing gown on?

If I’m in the house, I always have my dressing gown on. I cannot be comfortable without it. I have 3 that I change between depending on the temperature ie a light one for the hotter days, a medium one for slightly cooler days and one that zips up for the cold days. It is the first thing I’ll do when I get in the door. How often do you wear your dressing gown? I will take it off if DC have friends round (before they arrive) and if extended family come over.

Never

As often as possible! It's the biggest downside to the heat that I can't wear it without wanting to die from heatstroke 🤣 I do have a summer one somewhere but the belt is missing

Only in the morning when I first get up.

Never! I used to own one, many years ago, but I got tired of the cats either swinging off the girdle, clawing their way up it and using me as a climbing frame, or having to kill it as part of their obscure games...

In summer, only to and from the shower. My summer one is a nice wafty one from One Hundred Stars with an old map of Paris on it.

In winter I have a warm one that goes on over the PJs when I get out of bed until I get dressed, and vice versa when I get back into the PJs until bedtime.

I would never wear either of them over actual clothes.

Never. I hate them

oh i love a dressing gown and have 4 of them. A thick winter hooded velour one. a year round one with towelling inside and cotton outside, a summer muslin one and an old one i use for messy hair treatments

I only use mine after a shower or bath, it's made of toweling, gets me dry by the time my face and hand cream has sunk in, its a functional piece of wear I don't particularly like how bulky it feels tbh.
