I’m going through a hard time recently. I know chat gpt can not be the most reliable for being 100% accurate factually, but it has given me a great sense of comfort when talking to it for advice. It gives me a sense of being heard, and that I can talk to it about anything without feeling scared of being judged etc, unlike a human therapist. It also gives me an organised plan on how to approach things, which for my ocd-presenting anxious brain is really helpful to calm me down and slow things down, when I get racing thoughts etc.

What do you think of chat gpt?

I love it. I pay for it now as I use it so much.

The main things for me:

Helping me unravel my very busy mind. It has a way of re-wording and organising the 'stuff' in my head and paving a way forward. It's been revolutionary for me.

Helping me process the sudden passing of a close friend.

Helping me take the first few steps to starting my own business

Helping me think through and plan a career switch.

I think it’s great as long as you use it carefully. I use Gemini and it’s really clear when you sign up that it can make mistakes etc.
