Have had the implant in for 11 years, just after son was born. I did notice that I put on quite a bit of weight but put it down to tiredness, small kids, getting older etc. I used to be able to lose weight easily enough but cutting back and upping my steps but for the last number of years I am piling the weight on and no matter what I do it won’t shift. I’m tired fasting, keto, sliming world, low carb, high protein, calories counting and nothing works. I have tried losing weight with friends who don’t try as hard as I did to be strict and yet they would drop pounds while I would either stay the same or lose 1/2 lb. Then the next week I would put it on then lose it so ultimately I bounced about at the same weight yet the weight went on so so easily if I wasn’t being deliberately strict. My whole family are slim. I was always a size 10 now I’m a 16 with a huge belly and double chin. It’s ruining my enjoyment of life because I’m literally getting bigger and I can’t help it. The only thing I can try next is removing my implant to see if it helps ?!

any one in same boat?
