Isle of Wight ferry security....

Is there any security for Isle of Wight car ferry? Any restricted items or anything? DD needs to take injectable meds and if travelling by air we would need to bring a doctor's note but I assume this is ok on the ferry?

You'll be fine on the ferry.

They don't check bags. You leave all luggage in your car anyway. There's no security checks or passport control. You wander on and wander off. They don't give two hoots. I smuggled two pet turtles in my car when I moved to the island! I also travel with loads of meds.
