How much would you pay a teen to babysit per hour?

Just that really. Teen is 15 and would be looking after a 10 year old. Would obviously drive the teen home at the end. How much is fair? £10 an hour? Or is that a bit mean?

I think that’s very fair OP, especially considering a 10yo won’t need much real babysitting.
