Wooden cooking utensils? Or metal?

So I’ve recently changed my chopping boards to wood after being convinced (on here) and via google that they are more hygienic. I’m assuming utensils are too, but happy to be corrected.

What you you think of wooden spoons, spatulas etc? And if you use, does anyone have a beautiful set they could recommend? I’d like some out on my worktop in a lovely pot so they need to look good.

I use wooden utensils but don’t have them out on display. (I don’t have anything on the work tops except a coffee machine as I can’t stand clutter 😉)
I have seen this set though that looks rather lovely. I don’t know the brand however.
