Can’t sleep?

I’ve got so much spinning round my brain. So much to worry about.

What is keeping you awake?

I woke up at 2.30, needing the loo.

Had 10 minutes looking for shooting stars - as every year, saw none.

Couldn't get back to sleep - too hot. Did the NYT games, and posted results on MN, then made the error of starting to read threads.

Now feeling very sleepy, but I know I won't get back to sleep 😔

My boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me, told me he’d been unhappy a while and doesn’t see us working

Sorry to everyone dealing with really hard things.

I’m up because I have really strong feelings for a man who unfortunately has 1 or 2 red flags that I know will be problematic.

Also woken up by my daughter at a similar time wanting water. No spider here but not back asleep yet either!

DD kicked me out of bed an hour ago. Have been tossing and turning in the spare room about not wanting to work today so have been designing a new kitchen instead.

I haven't slept all night - phoned 111 at 1am with severe stomach pains and nausea that had started hours earlier. Dr visited (yes, we have a really good NHS service here) and said she wants me admitted so now I'm waiting for an ambulance, feeling horribly apprehensive. I've never been in hospital before, apart from when I gave birth. I can still read a bit from time to time when the nausea isn't too bad, so that's keeping me going.😑

Sorry 💐 to everyone who is struggling to sleep. Not sure why I can't sleep my mind won't switch off. Going to call the surgery at 8am and see if I can get something prescribed. Feeling sick and awful with tiredness. @gmgnts gosh that sounds frightening hope you are ok.

Oh dear. I was about to say pick one and focus on that but that’s a lot!

why is the maintenance stressful? Have you planned in?

are you having a special cream for the psoriasis?

I couldn’t sleep either but it’s my Mum’s funeral tomorrow. I can’t turn my brain off.
