What’s the weirdest packaging that you’ve received an order in?

I’ve just received a book wrapped in detailed electrical plans from an electrical contractor for a school detailing where every fire alarm, CCTV camera, bell and outlet are. According to the plans it’s all very top secret(Not any more).

Boring question I know but what’s the strangest packaging that you’ve received?

I once received a parcel absolutely covered in ‘FRAGILE’ warnings. It was cushions. I don’t think there was anything less fragile that I could have possibly ordered!

I’ve just found another plan in the packaging. This time structural plans for an RAF building. Very odd.

My daughter has received a top in an inside out crisp packet, and some sandals in a cereal box. Both from Vinted.

A vintage Kenwood Chef "wrapped" in the seller's recycling box.

A bag from HM prison service with an item I had bought from a seller on vinted in.

I have also had various Christmas and birthday wrapping paper, that has never been a good choice for wrapping a parcel, it has always come ripped.

I don't mind the bin bags as long as I can open them without tearing them so I can reuse for rubbish, although the one bin bag I got a designer bag in went straight in the bin along with the dirty knickers that had got caught up in it, the dustbag for the bag went in the wash and the handbag was wiped down with antibacterial wipes.

Dirty knickers? A recycling bin? I’m beginning to rethink ordering items online.
