I’ll admit it, every night my dinner is a ready meal. Microwave or oven, depending on how “fancy” I’m feeling. Lasagne? Ping. Cottage pie? Ping. Salmon? Okay, that one I’ll actually fry for a few minutes, and I’ll even add some herbs, because I’m not a total savage.
I don’t have to stand for an hour cooking, I don’t drown in washing up, and I don’t end up with a fridge full of random half-used ingredients. I quite like it this way.
It’s not about being lazy (…maybe a little). It’s about knowing what works for me.
Anyone else want to confess?
